Who processes your data

The data controller is the company that serves your market. Its name and details are shown on the proforma invoice and the invoice, and are provided by email on request.

What we collect

When you send a request: first and last name, email, phone, city, the chosen course and your message. When you enrol: account details, details of your children (for parents), tuition, payment and invoice data. Optionally, a photo of an adult learner or of the parent. Photos of children are not collected.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, to organise tuition, to issue proforma invoices and invoices, and to meet legal obligations.

How long we keep it

Data from a request that did not lead to enrolment – up to 12 months. Tuition data – for the term of the contract. Accounting records – for the period required by law.

Who has access

Only school staff who need the data for their work. Teachers have no access to learners' accounts. Data is never sold or used for advertising.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are served from the website itself.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object. Write to us at course@stendigital.com. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
